Unfortunately there is no way to revert the page order, however there are a
few tricks you might employ:
1. Don't close the section with notes from OneNote's view, then it will keep
the location of your last edit and scroll to it automatically when you
navigate to the section (even if you exit, relaunch the app). Keeping a lot
of sections open in OneNote isn't a strain on the application - it was
designed with usage like this in view. You can quickly navigate between
sections if you drop the navigation tree from the arrow new "My Notebook"
label (look at the top left of the notes window).
2. You can insert a dummy page (e.g. with general class info) at the top of
your section, and instead of clicking the New Page button that adds a new
page at the bottom, right click this dummy page's tab and choose "New Page"
from the context menu - the new page will be inserted straight after the
dummy.
