When I use screen capture (Windows-S) the new page has no name box. The name
on the tab just showes "Screen". I can't find a way to change it.

Is there a way to add a name box and a name on the tab?

Yes. And easy enough.
From the main menu:
Format | Show Page Title
Then give the page a name.
