Try to look up in your backup folder for files with *.one extension. Just
use windows' search function. Once you know where exactly your files are go
to one note and click on File->open->notebook. Feed it with appropriate path
(you found by search option) for each notebook respectively and hopefully
your beloved notes will reappear in your onenote.
