I suspect you closed your notebook. To open it again, look in your
documents folder and then a sub folder OneNote Notebooks. Otherwise look in
the backup location. To find the backup location go to Tools>>Options>>Save
and it will show you the location of the backups. The default is to save
once daily as I recall.
