Can OneNote solve a math problem written with the stylus?

I know how to type a calculation and have OneNote automatically solve,
however, is there any way that OneNote can solve a problem written with the
stylus? That would be awesome for classroom instruction.

I don't think OneNote can solve "written" equations but there's "Calculator
for Tablet PC" power toll that doe steh trick. You can download it and many
other cool PTs at:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/tabletpc.mspx

Unfortunately the "Napkin Math" feature of OneNote only works with typed
numbers in the present version.

ON does not automatically do the calculation.
But it's really easy using the TIP:

1.) Just enter formula in the TIP and then "insert" it, click on the
Enter key - et viola: the result appears.

2.) It can also be done by inking on the page and then convert it to
text.
Opening the TIP and using the Enter key or the space key produce the
result.
