I can't seem to send recieve emails on a regular basis with my msn livemail
account. It has been spotty for the last week and even when I go through
hotmail it doesn't work. Im getting this error:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (jprishwalko) account.
Windows Live Mail can't connect to the Hotmail server. To send and receive
messages in your Hotmail account, go to http://hotmail.live.com on the Web,
or try again later.

Server Error: 5102
Server Response: Xfs request 'SyncBinary' failed. Response code:
'InternalServerError', server response: '999 0'
Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

Create a user folder, in the Storage folder, drag and messages in the account folders to that user folder. Remove the account,
Close WLM, open WLM, recreate the account manually.
If you have a working account in OE or OL using the pop3/smtp server instead of creating manually, after removing the account in
WLM. Open OE, export the Plus pop3 account as an iaf file, close OE, then import the account in WLM.
