I, as well as others, are being redirected to
http://v11.www.msn.com after
opening my
http://www.msn.com home page. I contacted Microsoft Anti Piracy
Team and they told me that the redirected page was not piracy and refered me
to
http://www.microsoft.com/piracy for further research. I did a search for
v11.www.msn and came upon several posts about this V11. Microsoft and
Internet Explorer have come a long way with many improvements over the years.
The
v11.www.msn URL appeared very suspicious to users especially with all the
hackers and spyware floating around today. I would like to see MSN post an
article on the MSN homepage about the URL default change for
MSN.com . This
wil lput a lot of MSN users at ease and possibly save losing them to Yahoo,
Mozilla, Google or other browsers.
