I am trying to cancel a href by coding onclick="return false" in my page. I
can put in a function and have a test "alert" box come up but the "return
false" never works no matter what I try. Is there a problem with that and

I'm having trouble with IE 7 where when I open a large html document say 500
to 1000 pages or so I cannot print select a certain portion of this document.
I never had this problem in IE6 just after I installed IE7. Any help with
this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if I am in the right place, but IE7 is has been doing something
odd for quite some time now, and it's bugging the crap outta me! On most
webpages, not all, just most, the background color/image doesn't load (like
if I go to eBay, or Yahoo! Mail sign in), I see some white areas, and the
rest of the page is grey. Pictures and buttons and all the other stuff is
normal, its just the background image/color that isn't there. Also, in
Yahoo! Mail, when you compose a new mail, the place where you type should be
white - that is also grey. We are using XP service pack 3. Can anyone HELP
ME? Things work fine, it's just bloody annoying.

The weather in England is grey - so I really want my internet to not be! lol

Is there a microsoft official site devoted to IE DOM? When searching
through Internet I find pages talking about properties that aren't
actually supported by IE. I'd like to query a site with more accurate
information.

i'm using vista home pre, ie7, norton, when i go to the website
www.phsfootball.com and select game photos, the box that lists all the teams
is supposed to open when i select one like the first one Cabell Midland.
however when i put my cursor over it, it says text box and lists the teams. i
know it works because when i go to my desktop with XP it works, won't work on
either of my two laptops with vista. i have reset my settings for ie7 and
still dont work. do i need to reload ie7? if so how do i do it from my
upgrade disk? thanks, chuck
