This newsgroup is for help with the Microsoft FoxPro and Visual FoxPro
database and development tool, but I do happen to know a little about
Hotmail and Outlook Express.

In order to access Hotmail via Outlook or Outlook Express you have to be a
Hotmail Plus subscriber for about $20/yr, or other higher-priced level of
service. Can you login to the Hotmail web interface using the same login you
are trying via OE?
