Not really; Expression Web is a web design application - you probably want
to import that text file into Excel, or similar.

Expresion Web can't sort things in the manner you describe.

Please ask the Excel group (I will assume you accidentally posted to the
wrong group...).

Rereading this post, I think I've answer incorrectly, I should have said
expression web can't sort table data outright, but it does contain tools to
enable you to display data from a database, and in the process of doing
this, you can sort the data to be displayed in a web page.

First you would need to somehow import the text file data into a database or
spreadsheet which would become your data source, in order to use the data
features in EW. EW can display data from an XML file, Access database,
Excel spreadsheet (I think) or MS-SQL DB.

But....if you mean you want to sort the data as Excel does, then you need to
import the data (text file) into Excel.
