5-10+ years web application development experience with a record of
delivering successful products.
Object Oriented Design.
Expert in JSP, Tags, HTML, and working knowledge of MVC.
Experience with JSF, Java Script / AJAX, CSS, and template development
methodologies.
Experience working with JS libraries (prototype, behavior, dojo, etc.)
is a plus.
Strong sense of user-friendy design for non-technical BI users.
Demonstrable knowledge of the latest web standards and cross-browser
development challenges and issues.
Excellent written and verbal skills.

Java Developer
5-10+ years software development experience with a record of
delivering successful products.
Java and Object Oriented Design.
J2EE, JBoss, Hibernate, MDX/OLAP/Data Warehousing experience is
highly desirable.
