Hi, could someone please provide me some insight into the following.
My business is looking very closely at implementing microsoft CRM. I will be
the one in charge of this project - I am primarily a network engineer, but
have had some experience with microsoft access database development. What I
am looking for is some information into what would be the best training
course to attend, which would give me a good head start into the CRM
development for our business.

If you want to get a deep insight in MS CRM in a short period of time, you
will find "fast track" trainings at MS Certified Training centers. I know
that Infosupport in Belgium and the Netherlands organizes these trainings
frequently.

Their offering includes 3 Microsoft Official Curriculums:
MS CRM Applications
MS CRM Customization and
MS CRM Installation and configuration

I participated in a fast track, and managed to get certified on all three
competenses immediately afterwards.
