Hi,
I am having trouble getting my custom pipeline component appear in my
toolbox items. After building my PipelineComponent and dropping it
into the PipelineComponents directory (and GAC), I can never see it as
an option when I browse the PipelineComponents tab when I "Choose
Items" for my toolbox. I reset as well as browse to the assembly and
confirmed that the assembly I browse to contains the PipelineComponent
via ildasm.
How does VisualStudio cache these assemblies. I have even gone for
far as to reboot and I still cannot get the PipelineComponent to be an
option to select when I "choose components". Is there something I am
missing here?
Thanks,
Bob

Hi,
I have a huge text file.
Lines start with H are headers. S means sale and C means cancellation.
So the file looks like:
Hxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
SYYYYxxxxxxxxx
SYYYYxxxxxxxxx
SYYYYxxxxxxxxx
CYYYYxxxxxxxxx
Hxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
SYYYYxxxxxxxxx
SYYYYxxxxxxxxx
SYYYYxxxxxxxxx
CYYYYxxxxxxxxx
If the YYYY parts of a S and C records are same in a group that starts with
"H", it means the S record is cancelled and will not be used in further
steps.
How can I filter/eliminate these S records at the beggining?

Hello I am receiving an xml file according to a schema I can not
change. I wanted to keep the format the same yet change the
targetnamespace of the document. Is there a way to do this other than
creating an identical schema with the same format and map each value
over, which seems inneficient.
thnx

Hello
We are currently converting from BT2004 to BT2006. For one of the applications we have a custom adapter. I have converted and installed the application on BT2006. The files are transferred correctly, but then ones in a while the process shuts down . The error message in the application log says:
Biztalk DW Reporting
Faulting application btsntsvc.exe, version 3.5.1602.0, stamp 4410e6b9, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.2.3790.4062, stamp 46264680, debug? 0, fault address 0x0000bee7.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
I don't know where to start looking. The adapter is working fine on BT2004. Is there something you need to do when upgrading?

We have a BizTalk 2004 solution which uses a WSE Adapter to send messages to
a web-service endpoint. During message volume peaks (approx 2 messages a
second for 1 hour), we see transmission duration increase to well over 10
seconds (from a usual sub 0.5 sec). Within these messages, there will also be
occurances of messages taking the full timeout period, and a retry before
completing (3 minutes).
The outcome of the above are messages queuing within BizTalk, i.e. in the
BizTalkServerApplicationQ table of the MessageBox database. Although this
queue never becomes particularly large in terms of database tables, once the
queue exceeds 300 messages (approx), BizTalk struggles to de-queue, with some
messages sticking in the table for up to an hour. During this time, newer
messages will continue to flow and be delivered as normal.
My question is around speeding up the de-queuing process once message
volumes and send durations have returned to normal.
Once we have a non-stressed BizTalk cluster, with all new messages flowing
freely and in normal durations, how can I get BizTalk to quickly clear this
queue, which by that point may only be around 100 messages?
We have increased the HTTP maxConnections value within the BizTalk config
file from the default two, to eight per processor (so we can have 48
concurrent connections), and while this has eased the problem in that queues ...

I am trying to remove the header/footer information from a position

only focus on the rest of the data
Line

2-end-1 read

appreciated.

I'd like to call EDIReceivePipeline from an orchestration. However, the
orchestration got suspended with error, does anyone know how to work around
this?

Inner exception: There was a failure executing pipeline
" Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.DefaultPipelines.EdiReceive". Error details: "Pipeline
Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.DefaultPipelines.EdiReceive is not supported when
executed from an orchestration. This may be due to one of the following
reasons:
1) It is doing Recoverable interchange processing;
2) It is setting MessageDestination=SuspendQueue on the message context;
3) It is setting SuspendOnRoutingFailure=true on the message context.

Hi - I receive an xml document and transform it into a HIPAA X12 834. The
Accelerator for HIPAA seems to populate my ISA06 field (Sender Identifier)
for me. It is my understanding that it gets this value from the send handler
configuration. In the send handler configuration I can select 1 trading
partner as being the home party. My problem is that one of my trading
partners wants me to identify myself to him with a different value then all
my other trading partners. How can I do this? Thanks in advance.
