Can we run the German deployment from our existing AOS servers or is there
anything that would prevent this - (or each region may need its own dedicated
AOS?)
Note: We are using AX4.0 SP1
Any idea on this?
Regards,
Radesh
I seem to remember you saying that each region may need its own dedicated
AOS?

We would like know if we have a centralised Citrix deployment of AX, how
should we handle client timezones? Citrix can either pass the client's local
time & timezone info to the system (the default) or we can set it just to use
the time on the Citrix server. we need to try and understand the implications
in AX of this. We see 2009 has improved timezone support but how does AX40
handle this?
Any idea on this?
Regards,
Radesh

Every time we try to install reporting extensions on our SQL2005 SP2 server,
it comes up with message
"You must install sql server 2005 reporting services service pack 2"
We already have it installed, Microsoft has it documented as a known issue
and has a resolution by adding a registry key manually. We tried that and it
is still not working for us. Did anyone else ran into this issue? Maybe we
are not following microsoft instructions clearly, I would appreciate if
anybody has a screen shot of registry keys for reporting services so we can
simulate that.
Thanks for any comments/help.

Management to allow a document attachment that is a link to a sharepoint

Hi
I'm trying to install a backup db from my Ax 4.0 in to a Ax 2009.
But it's giving me a lot of problems.
Is there anyone who have done this operation?
If so, could you please help me with some guidelines.
What do I need to do to get a 4.0 db working on a 2009 allready installed.
Thanks.
Søren

We have a client who wants to print on sticky label using thermal printer.
May I know if this is the same as priting on normal laser printer?
