Hi,

I want to put a unique code which is"X" in the Table Director. There are
many companies in the table company and many directors in a company. one
director in a company is selected as authroised signatory. I want the user to
put only one"X" in a company so as to disallow them from amrking "X" for more
than one director in one company.

Tables - Company and Director - Parent and Child Link - SID. To mark "X" in
the field, "Authorised Signatory"

Hi all!

I've created a data access page and used the multiple charts option to
display detail from my table. Does anyone know if there is a limit to
the number of charts that can be displayed or if there is an option to
change to set the number of charts? I'm only getting 64 rather than
the 101 that I expect. 64 has been that "magic" limit number in my
experience but I haven't been able to find much on it.

We have a Set of DAP's that we have been using for a number of years.
Suddenly one specific user can't access the data. The page will display but
the data chart doesn't. I am pretty certain that it is not a issue with the
PC itself as I can logon to this machine and access the data. I thought it
sounded as if it is a permissions issue, right? I have checked the
permissions for the folders which contain both the data and the DAP's as well
as the permissions for the files themselves. All items have allow permissions
for Domain Users, of which this person is a member. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi! I am totaally new to access... I am trying to create a way to manage
contact I have with managers that report to me at about 25-30 locations. I
just want a simple way to click on the location that manager works for, and
enter information from my visits. I would also like the ability to print
notes from each location when I need to. Any help would be appreciated!

I can create a DAP in Design View - all works normally - but when I try to
re-open a DAP in Design View the design window contains only HTML, e.g.

Same with the Page View window.

This also happens in my IE7 browser. When opening the page, only the HTML
is rendered.

I've reinstalled MS Access, but the behavior has not changed. Any advice or
insight welcome. Thanks!

I am trying to create a search option on the DAP ( access 2003) so that if a
person types in a word to search and it could be from any field the search
will bring up the record on the DAP and furthermore, if that word is in more
than one record then it should arrange all those records one after the other.
I have tried following the article KB 271728 but it doesnt work. PLease help
