Senior QA Specialist
Position Summary The Senior QA Specialist will provide the full range
of software testing and management services to our clients. Be pro-
active in making specific QA recommendations to clients, and in
implementing QA processes. Understand the software development and
automated and manual testing processes. Assist with resolving software
and network issues. Be the team leader on client projects, providing
project management from project conception through completion. Develop
and maintain knowledge of the current trends in software testing.

Define and implement automated and manual performance/load test strategy both in the QA and Production environments. Define and implement automated test strategy using industry standard tools. Performance test profiling, creating scripts and executing, analyzing and reporting the performance test run statistics to development and business users for review. Assist application development teams in discovering, isolating, and resolving performance bottlenecks using Mercury LoadRunner. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.

DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
This position will be responsible for the specification, design, development, and qualification of electronic circuits related to high variable speed drives (PMSM and VSIM). Circuits include power conversion, protection, switch mode power supplies, and motor drive circuitry. This position will interact with other areas of expertise within the company to take projects from the development phase to the production phase. Applications include operating voltages up to 600VAC and operating power levels up to 5hp.
Over ten years of experience in the design of industrial power conversion equipment such as PM or VSIM drives, industrial drives, etc.
Design expertise developing power electronic circuits and components such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, diodes, capacitors and high frequency magnetic components.
