Eaccelerator going forward will begin to be raft with PHP general
incompatibilities most likely. In particular, there are several
issues that already pop-up when running Horde on PHP 5.2 with
Eaccelerator. Switch to the "official" (soon to be included in the
base PHP package) accelerator, APC. I run the latest stable versions
of Horde/IMP/Kronolith/Turba without incident on PHP 5.2 when using
the latest APC from PECL.
Switching from Eaccelerator to APC will take you all of about 30
minutes, and will be better going forward anyway. Well worth it.

And it works for many people, but it's not working for Kyle. If you
want to help him get it working without crashing, that's great. But

Hello again,
Also i and many other webhosters had a problem, that wie first can login not
with the email adress, but with the number account e.g 123456 and the
password. We had no root rights. We have a webhosting package.
Had somebody the same problems by another provider?

Hello,
where must i change the settings, that i can choose in the login menu,
between the servers.
I thought the line: $conf['server']['change_server'] = false; in the
conf.php of imp.
But than i can write in something, but i would like to have a drop down
field.

Disable eaccelerator and use an opcode cache that doesn't crash.

It sounds to me like you are going over php's memory_limit try increasing it
