My thanks for those who responded to this query. The horde/po/translation.php program created the en_US.po file by
giving the init -l en_US. Once the locale file is created the msgstr's containing the terms were edited in imp and
ingo, A 'translation.php make -l en_US' puts these translations into the code.

The new Daylight Savings Time change (Energy Policy Act of 2005 -
e.g. see http://java.sun.com/developer/technicalArticles/Intl/
USDST/ ) will arrive in a little over a month (March 10-11), and
we're finalizing any changes we need to make to our servers in order
to handle it properly. I know that IMP does have some time zone /
date processing capabilities. Does anyone know if Imp affected by
the changes to DST, or does it use information given to it by the
operating system and / or other applications?
We are currently using Imp 4.0.5 and Horde 3.0.12, and we are
planning on moving to Imp 4.1.3 and Horde 3.1.3, the timing of which
partially may depend on whether Imp (and Horde, and PHP - currently
using 4.3.11 and 4.4.2) require upgrades or modifications.
Thanks,
Elyse Salberg

I've been asked to find out how to change these terms in imp and other applications that use the terms. Is there an
easy way to do this? I am running the freebsd ports of horde/imp/turba/ingo/kronolith/nemo/nag. Any pointers at urls
containing this information is appreciated.

Sounds like you need to define a different authorization method - =20
other than the initial ""automatic authorization as a certain user"
look in

Hi,
at first, I beg the pardon of the whole list, for my english.
I have a problem with messages written in korean.
When I look at this kind of message, I see only some boxes and other wrong
characters.
-If I look the same mail with outlook is ok.
-If I select korean, as language of my session, I see all the voices of the
horde interface ok (so I can think that my web server is ok).
-I have tried to send me some mail in japanese and russian and is ok.
-I have seen that the charset of the mail that doesn't work is
'ks_c_5601-1987' while in the nls.php korean is coded as 'EUC-KR' so I have
tried to change all 'EUC-KR' in 'ks_c_5601-1987' in the nls.php file but
it's the same
-I have looked for bug in bug-track but I have found nothing.
Someone can help me.

PS.
I have written:
> To avoid unneccessary LDAP requests, these functions store the
> server, and user, information in the session data, and update it
> only on the 1st invocation of any one of them
Note that I have disabled "alternate identities". If I would allow
these, I would have to keep in the session data the particulars for
each identity and, of course, ask the LDAP server when a particular
identity is accessed for the 1st time during a session. I have not
really looked in the implications of enabling alternate identities,
though.
Cheers,
OS
