I'm having the same issue since upgrading to a new hard drive and reloading
everything. I have NAV 2006, and I've turned it off, added dreamweaver to the
worm protection, added it to Windows firewall, turned that on and off, but
still I am getting the same error. I can connect via other FTP programs
(Firefox and Cute FTP). I'd love suggestions as well.
