Hi Anthony,
It has now been about a week that i tried to enter in contact with you both by
email and on irc, including by writing to the leader@ debian.org address, but
without success.
When you handled the mediation over the dispute between me and Frans pop and
some few other unamed guys of the d-i team, back in spring, you set up rules
which i had to follow in order to prove my good faith or something, and
promised you would revisit the issue at some later time. Well, most of it was
in personal mail, but the public sub-part of this thread was :
http://lists.debian.org/debian-boot/2006/05/msg00235.html
(Which now that i re-read it, is fully biased against me in that dispute, and
fully supportive of frans and co).
It is my strong believe that i have been playing by those rules these past
months, and have made numerous contributions to the d-i powerpc port, by those
rules. I investigated and partly fixed the long...

Are there links for these examples, please?

Again, links?
Please do not take these requests as an insult to anyone - I simply
haven't been paying this topic much attention for months (and suspect
many other readers haven't been doing so either), so I'd like to see
some recent examples.

I don't take this badly, i will come up with links if this is really what is
wanted, but i have a feeling that re-hashing old issues will not really help
to bring this forward, and may degenerate in 'i am right, you are wrong' kind
of stuff.
The point of this is that i am making every effort to play by the rules and be
positive, while at the same time frans doesn't lose an occasion to be
provocative, and since he is in a position of force, in a situation where i
cannot ignore him, and on top of that is the judge of my behaviour, this is
really a very sick situation to be in, and i am still hallucinated on how
anyone could believe this would ever get solved this way.
So, if you really want full links, i may come up with some, not sure if it
will be helpful though.
Friendly,
Sven Luther

Well, on various suggestions, i have written the following text :
http://wiki.debian.org/SvenLutherAndDI
Which i will try to improve and complete, accordying to remarks and questions
people may ask me about this.
For those awaiting evil gossip, you will be strongly disapointed though, since
i have decided to not go and add links of those bashings and other not-nice
things frans has said about me, but instead, i have written what i believe is
a reasonable explanation of why my commit should be re-activated, including
information on all the bugs and patches i commited accordying to the rules
sets up by the DPL during the mediation, which as you will see ammount to
quite a lot, and the sad fact that there was no-one able to take an active
d-i powerpc porter lead role, even after all these months.

I suggest you open a page "SvensPOV", copy paste everything, and use
SvenLutherAndDI to hold links to the opinions of various persons (and
only that).
I don't intend to write a page there myself, but it would make things
clearer to the reader that what they are reading is written by SvenL,
and not the position of the project for example. It would also leave
room for AJsPOV and FJPsPOV if they wish commenting as involved
parties (I'm not saying they should do it, but that it would make it
easier).
EOD for me,

There has to be some time where we all let bygones be bygones.
Surely we have passed this point a month or two ago. We are wasting
everyone's time.
Sven, please just live and let live.
I don't want to see a single piece of mail about the d-i team unless it
relates to the Debian installer itself.

Euh, i am not sure i want a wiki page with my name in it written by anyone
random. If they want to write a wiki page, they sure can write it under
another name.
