Hi Jorge,
most of the mailing lists here are in English, so check out
http://lists.debian.org for lists that are in Spanish.
If you have a suggestion for the Debian project, you can send it here.
It is prefered in English, even if you are not a native speaker. But if
you send it in Spanish, one of Debian's spanish speakers will understand
it and reply.
