Source: xmame
Version: 0.106-2
Severity: wishlist
Please consider supporting DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip (and noopt) in the
xmame build system, as described in Policy section 10.1. Although
dh_strip is currently used, the binaries are stripped during the build
process (-s is passed to ld in several places) before dh_strip is
called, making the resulting binaries unconditionally stripped. It
would make debugging easier if this were not the case.
Thanks,
Kevin
