Well, I am already a Developer. I was just wondering if you
know of any effort to get mpich2 into official Debian.
I could do uploading, thats not a problem. Did anyone already
do a license check?

Hi Mario and Zach,

I want to help the packaging effort of mpich2.

I checked the license and i believe it is DFSG, it says:
" Permission is hereby granted to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works,
and to redistribute to others. "

License:
http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpich2/downloads/index.php?s=license

Kind regards
lmello
