despite of your believe in the origin of Count Baglioni's saying, I've to
tell you that Mr Baglioni was a very rude man.
His rudeness is well known and documented somewhere. During his parties or
meetings with his noble friends, Mr Baglioni often used to leave the place
where he was in and shift suddenly in another "secret" place...
Historians believe that this strange behaviour was due to a secret lover of
him...
Indeed, Count Baglioni fell in love with a 13 years old girl named Maria.
Maria was the guardian's doughter (he worked at the horse stables in
Pontefelcino, employed by Baglioni's family); because of her poor unnoble
origin, Mr "Sugar Daddy" Baglioni decided to manage his love story hiding
Maria in a guesthouse, close to the today's Santa Giuliana train station.
Often he used to meet her at the house, leaving his guests suddenly...
