No, i musicisti non sono dei privilegiati. Però è una legge triste, che
preoccupa gli impresari inglesi, e il motivo te lo spiega il sig. Van
Leer, manager del Barbican Centre di Londra : "Even if we move past this

Il sig. manager ha detto una cosa molto sensata. E' vero che la legge è
uguale per tutti, ma se la legge è fatta a bischero, è fatta a bischero
per tutti e forse per qualcuno anche di più.
Dopo gli attentati del'11/9 molti paesi hanno messo in atto misure di
controllo sull'ingresso degli stranieri, in qualche caso ragionevoli, in
qualche caso eccessivamente onerose. Le istituzioni culturali, siano
essi teatri d'opera o di balletto o università sono state fra quelle
maggiormente colpite da queste misure.
