July 29, 2008--With the addition of the newly released BEST
Viewpoints, a powerful, flexible, and user-friendly data analysis
software, it is even easier to import, export, and evaluate data
with Mathematica.
BEST Viewpoints was created for Mathematica customers who require
data computation applications powerful and flexible enough to
solve the most challenging analytical issues found in real life
situations. Designed to combine the best data manipulation and
examination capabilities found in spreadsheets and database
languages, the data importing interface can upload information or
merge datasets from many data sources, including databases,
Microsoft Excel, and text files.

July 29, 2008--With the release of Objectica, users can
perform object orientation functions using Mathematica. Objectica
supports full object orientation, including abstract data types,
inheritance, encapsulation, and polymorphism.
Objectica uses a full-scale, easy-to-learn syntax to extend
object orientation to Mathematica. In addition, its many
consistency checks and automatisms help support development,
particularly in a commercial environment.
Objectica is developed and supported by Stephan Leibbrandt,
Mathematica consultant and co-owner of Symbols and Numbers, a
company that conducts mathematical modeling and simulation.
Objectica requires Mathematica, and is supported by Windows, Mac
OS X, and Linux.
Objectica can be purchased at the Wolfram web store:

July 29, 2008--SEM 1.0.2 (Supercomputing Engine for
Mathematica) creates a standard way for each Mathematica kernel
in the cluster to communicate directly with every other kernel by
utilizing Message-Passing Interface (MPI) specification.
As a result of the collaboration between Advanced Cluster
Systems, LLC (ACS) and Dauger Research, Inc., SEM enables
Mathematica to be combined with Dauger Research's Pooch (Parallel
OperatiOn and Control Heuristic application) clustering
technology.
By running gridMathematica with MPI technology, its power can be
integrated with Pooch's ease of use and reliability in
high-performance computing. This new technology will further
enhance the power of both clusters and gridMathematica for SEM
users.
SEM works with gridMathematica and Mathematica Personal Grid
Edition to provide supercomputing capabilities to users in a wide
array of research and industry fields.

Dear Sir /
Madam
If it would be interesting for you to
learn,
1) why the signals of Extraterrestrial Civilizations have not been
still detected ("the Great Silence of Cosmos") [A.2( see Article 2),
the commentaries - below ];
2) why the electromagnetic waves radiated by our brain and
carrying a definite information (e.g. telepathic) have not been still
detected [A.2];
3) why in the band (of frequencies) much less than 1 hertz one
can transmit information at a speed much more than 1 bit in a second
if one use a so-called "non-linear" ("inversely proportional")
frequency modulation of signals, and, thus, in the band of only one
working radio station one can easily place - all wireless stations of
the world! [A.2];
