Hello,
does anybody know where can I find the list of JSR's "supported officially " by WEME 6.1.1?
Thanks,
David

I am using latest J9, developing on windows XP (SP2)
If I serialize a SimpleDateFormat and then deserialize it and then try to
use it I get a NULL pointer exception. It appears the SimpleDateFormat
object is not being de-serialized correctly somewhere deep inside it's inner
workings.
Cheers

Hi all,
I'm new to developing in the WEME environment. I was wondering if anyone
could point me to an eclipse plugin to assist in the development of our CDC
app. I've got the J9 environment running on a Pocket PC emulator.

Hi,
Does J9 CDC provide support to MMAPI? I'm interested in displaying a
videostream with a PDA, so MMAPI could be an good choice, but I'm open to
other solutions.
Thanks in advance,
Jaime

I did see Andrew's link regarding this issue:
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=758&context=SSSUAS&q1=runtime+exec&uid...
I'm using Windows Mobile 5.0, and given the following stack trace, I'm
assuming this hasn't, nor won't be resolved? Does anyone have a
workaround? I've never used JNI, is that support on WM 5.0 and J9? If I
do have to write C code, Do I have to use Microsoft's Visual Studio to
acheive what I thought was a simple task?
Here's the trace:
java.io.IOException: Unable to start program
at com.ibm.oti.lang.SystemProcess.create(SystemProcess.java:126)
at java.lang.Runtime.exec(Runtime.java:99)
at java.lang.Runtime.exec...

Hello, Im trying weme smartphone edition on a HP Ipaq 6945 and the font used
in forms, text items, etc is extremely big.
Is there any way to have the fonts reduced in size or to get the same aspect
that the not smartphone weme has?
thank you

Hi,
I trying to connect any RDBMS via JDBC but the J9 VM (Foundation Profile
1.0), (1.1 too), have not the java.sql.* package inside.
I try to add it, in WSDD 5.7 as external jar, but I received exception error
like "java.sql.Driver protected access...".
How I can access to any RDBMS via JDBC drivers?
Thank you
Francesco D.

We have an AWT application running as a JAR on J9 on a Windows Mobile 5
device using the PPRO11 profile. We are trying to get access to the system
menus of Windows Mobile (the two at the bottom of the form, either side of
the keyboard pop-up icon) with no avail.
Has anyone been able to achieve this or get close and if so, could you share
your experience with us/me.
Regards,
Alex
