On previous releases of J9, pauseApp() & startApp() were not working properly, or better...not at all!

I just wanted to mention that allthought in the new version of J9 released, the bug related to pauseApp() method has been resolved, in startApp() isn't. Any code that you might place under this method is not going to be initialised, simply case the startApp() method is not working properly for PDAs...
