I just saw a review he did on Amazon of a CD I was considering, and
realized I haven't seen him here abouts lately. Hope all is well. Every
now and again I need to look something up on Google related to this NG and
find old names. Sad to see people go....

Seems like most of the old posters are gone (or maybe lurking). Let's see,
Jack Tyler, Vonroach, Nurick, you out there? Who else?

What do those newbies have to do with long time posters? David Throop,
Hane,
Ron Kerr and Anubis are long time (and mostly long missed) posters.
Actually, if Von Roach was really David Abrams (which I've always
suspected)
then he would be a long time poster.
I miss Joey Berner's reviews. Hell, sometimes I even miss Sheryl
(but not much).

Again... Chris just showing that the ONLY thing he adds to the NG is
negativity... I would still like to see him answer the request to
show
where he has done anything more? - Stephanie Nurick

Joey got a job in another state. Jack is publishing Travel Mexico and spends a
lot of time evaluating resorts south of the border, Hane still reads, and Kerr
occasionally posts.
I will not miss the roach as he was killfiled :-)

Don't know about the others, but Joey Berner still resides and works in
Houston. I just talked to him last week.
Becky, who also misses Joey's crazy reviews!

Not that I know of; AFAIK he just celebrated his fourth or fifth year at the
same job here in H-town. Where'd ya get the idea he was working in AZ?

You have to understand that I may be more than ten years out of date and when
his last version of Public News failed, he had to go and get a real job.
I have not seen him in Rudz for a long time, nor spotted him at funerals, but
I try not to get out much.

One of my cow orkers is a neighbor of Jay's. As far as I know, he is still
in town. I did hear that he changed jobs, though.
