I hope I am allowed to post details of this competition with all proceeds
going to charity.

Morocco in September to raise funds for three charities. Namely, Macmillan
Cancer, Leukaemia Research and Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, one of the
drivers has Leukaemia.

They have 2 tickets for the Renault F1 at Silverstone 5th July 2008. The
package contains meals & drinks, 2 grandstand seats and a tour of the

  charity organisations and biodiesel!??!

Hi,

Could anyone please tell me why there is not charity organisations
being setup selling BioFuels?

#1 As it being a charity this would stop the high taxes being sold
on the fuel as it is not profit making (yet for non commercial usage).

#2 Would allow commercial users of oils (e.g. Resturants etc) to be able
to donate their used oil FREE instead of heavy costs of waste removal
companies having to deal with it.

#3 This would allow a non commercial vehicle user to be able to purchase
a litre of biodiesel for around 5 to 10 pence per litre.

Many Thanks.

  DUMB BLONDE?

A pretty blonde, wanting to earn some extra money, decided to hire
herself out as a "handy-woman" and started canvassing a nearby well-to-do
neighbourhood.

She went to the front door of the first house, and asked the owner if
he had any odd jobs for her to do.

"Well, I guess I could use somebody to paint my porch," he said, "How
much will you charge me?"

The blonde quickly responded, "How about

  Peugeot 406 Estate Reversing Sensors

Author: Keith Willcocks

A friend has just bought the official Peugeot reversing sensor kit and is
bemused by the instructions. Here is his problem in his own words:

"I have just purchased a rear parking sensor kit from the local Peugeot
dealer. The kit is fine, but the instructions are similar to an IKEA fixit
kit. All diagrams and no words - not very easy to follow!

It would appear that the rear bumper needs to be removed, according to the
instructions, but is it possible to fit the wiring without taking off the
bumper, which would appear to be a two-handed job? Also there are two
photos
which would appear to mean absolutely nothing to the general fitting."

If anyone can offer advice it will be appreciated.

  Ford KA Battery Terminal Question

Author: Andy
Date: Jan 1, 2008 08:02

Have had problems recently with my daughters P reg KA2 with it
failing to start intermittently when ignition is turned without
response tho lights on dash etc. Located problem to positive battery
terminal which seems to foul up easily & when thoroughly cleaned all
is well for a short time.

I've noticed that theres some sort of resistor/ capacitor on the main
positive lead which gets hot and wondered if this has something to do
with things & could it be faulty ? What is it for ? Is it something
to do with engine management etc.
The battery was replaced 6 months ago !
Any help solving this frustrating problem most appreciated

Cheers
