Is there a moderator or overseer of some type of the free. groups?
If someone's ISP does not carry them, is there a home server that people can
subscribe to?
Since many ISPs have dropped great groups like alt.binaries.images.fun, many
would like to get free.binaries.images.fun but the free groups are hard to
find unless they are carried by your ISP.
Thanks
Ben Lurkin
