Sega's composite output on the Genesis and the Saturn is already really high quality, so using S-video isn't as much of a step up as it is for other game consoles. ... going into the computer using the S-Video input anyway. I've taken shots using the Sega brand S-video cable, and the VGA box using its S-Video out, and have yet to notice any differences. Yeah, I don't know what the deal is. I had the VGA box coming out of the Saturn and my computer monitor plugged directly into the VGA box. Got scanlines. Couldn't believe it...turned it off. Bel
