I've got a Visa gift card burning a hole in my pocket, and I want to get
myself a USB 2.0 card for a Sawtooth G4 running a fully updated copy of

DOA) to work in this rig.

Currently have a card I picked up cheap at a PC/Windows-targeted
retailer on the "Well, I'm already standing here to buy a firewire
cable, and this card is only 8 bucks, so if it doesn't work, at least...

Where are you? I know of two that are begging for a home and I have
a 7200/90 (PCI powermac) I'd love to give away.

Geoff.

You'd have to pry my beloved 68k Macs from my cold, dead fingers! : )

WANTED: old version of QuarkXPress (2.x)

Author: Alain Kessi
Date: Aug 7, 2008 10:33

Hi all

I've got an old book on my harddisk that was laid out in QuarkXPress 2
(yes, the one from 1989; either v2 or v2.1), which I would really like
to turn into a PDF and make available again. Would any of you have an
idea how and where to get such an oldie? Do you have a QuarkXPress 2
distribution you could sell me?

Regards
Alain

P.S.: Pls copy any answers to my e-mail address: kessi(at)kein.org

  20" Aluminum ACD Mainboard.

Author: Collin Anderson
Date: Jul 14, 2008 00:15

As a poor college student, I was pretty happy to come into a 20"
Aluminum Cinema Display despite the fact that it doesn't turn on.
After replacing the power supply, the process of elimination points to
the only other possibility being the main board. Unfortunately, Apple
being the wonderful parts-cartel it is, has limited the availability
of said object. If anyone has this part or can pull it from a display
with a broken screen or some other defect not related to the board, I
would quite happily buy it off of them.

Price would vary based on how assured I can be about the board. Please
help :) !
