That's an *excellent* question !

I'd imagine it'd work OK with "BootCamp" or "Parallels".

It'll be interesting to see what the answer is ....

  "HellCats Over The Pacific" Question

Author: CaryMG
Date: Jan 24, 2007 08:41

I'd like to play Eric Parker's flatshaded polygonal masterpiece on my
Apple "Macintosh SE/30" computer.

But the game's color & although my machine has color ROMs I've been
burned before
as far as trying to play color games on it before -- like "Tristan" --
the pinball simulator, for example.

I get an errormessage that says "MUST USE COLOR COMPUTER" or something
like that. lol

Does anyone have any firsthand experience playing "HellCats Over The
Pacific"
on an Apple "Macintosh SE/30" in black & white ?

Thanks In Advance!

Generally both, although not always simultaneously :-)
In this case the former...

Well, it's nice to have a choice of crap I suppose :-)
I can report that I've installed MS CFS 3 onto my work provided Compaq
laptop and it's still shite.

Any advice on decent PC flight sims that I can try out? They need to be
XP compatible since BootCamp won't run anything less. I think.

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has managed or tried and run Mircosoft's Fight
Simulator 2004 or Flight Simulator X on any Mac with the Intel Core Duo
CPU with either Bootcamp, Parallels or CrossOver?

Regards

PC flight sims on Intel Macs -- How good?

Author: Edward M. Baum
Date: Dec 16, 2006 17:40

I'm wondering how well the PC flight sims work on the new Intel Macs.

Do you have experience and opinions to share? I'd love to be able to get
more variety in my sims, but am worried about the performance. Any advice is
welcome!
