  MT-NewsWatcher Help Windows

Author: RRansil
Date: Dec 25, 2008 12:56

I'm using MT-NewsWatcher version 3.5.2. The topics in the pull-down Help
menu are not displayed in the Help Windows. The window opens, but
contains no information.

Thanks for any assistance in getting this feature to work for me.

I was still using IE for Mac on my old PPC 7100/120, so I thought it was
the browser at the time. By the time I switched back to Netscape
Navigator for Mac, everything was getting back to normal.

I don't know, because it wiped out that video.

Is there a way? FF 3. I don't see any obvious toggles.

Help needed in connecting mac on router with other pc's

Author: h.paulcho
Date: Sep 16, 2008 14:18

I'm having trouble getting access to the internet through the router.

I am getting a valid IP address from the router (airlink101?)
But it won't allow me to access the web.

I can login to the router's system utility (198.168.1.1).
The status reports that the router is not getting an ip address from
the ISP.
So naturally, I'm thinking that the problem is with the WAN.

But then something interesting was happening.
Other computers, (there are five other machines running either windows
xp or vista) who are all tied into the same router via switch, are
able to access the internet just fine! (including this machine that
I'm using to write this post.)

I couldn't believe it. I checked their cables and they were all
leading to the same router.
The computers are all set for DHCP.

Here's the part that I really don't get. On the pc's... their gateway
address is 198.168.1.254
????

Yet, I can't access 198.168.1.254 through the browser.

Utility to transf. files from iPod to Mac?

Author: DaveC
Date: Sep 7, 2008 22:02

I want to transfer files from my iPod Touch to my Mac. I see utilities on
Versiontracker that allow audio files to be retrieved from an iPod, but there
is no mention of video or other types of files.

Can someone recommend a way to copy all types of files from my iPod?

Thanks,

I would love to learn to use it, but couldn't get it to work on my
mac. I couldn't find any online documents either.

  [ANN] VChat F1.1a10

Author: J.P. Kuypers
Date: Sep 1, 2008 11:22

The French.lproj folder, F1.1a10, for VChat is now available at
<ftp://ftp.sri.ucl.ac.be/pub/VChat/>.

And maybe soon on one of the mirrors :

<ftp://ftp.ciril.fr/pub/Mac/UCL/>
<ftp://ftp.belnet.be/mirror/ftp.sri.ucl.ac.be/pub/>

VChat is a CU-Seeme video conferencing client for use with Mac OS X.
With VChat you can participate in group conferences by connecting to a
CU-SeeMe reflector or you can also have one-on-one conferencing with
another person.
