Firefox doesn't strictly have the feature the OP describes. It has
functionality that is identical to Safari 3, allowing you to bookmark
all open tabs to a folder in one fell swoop, for easy reopening later as
described next....
Safari 2 has always let you open all bookmarks in a folder
simultaneously as tabs, which works particularly well from the bookmarks
toolbar, as it does in Firefox. You can even use the middle mouse click
(on a 3-button, aka scrollwheel, mouse) to open a folder of bookmarks on
the bookmarks toolbar in tabs.
