Yes, because maxing out a CPU is a great indication that
permissions are incorrect.

Hmmm... why would incorrect permissions cause CPU usage spikes with
iPhoto? Still - I'll give it ago... maybe for the first time ever it
will actually solve something, heh.

Anyone seeing this under Leopard? Between this and MobileMe sync (which
doesn't use much CPU power, but does weirdly slow my late 2007 2.8GHz
iMac to a crawl) happening all the effing time my Mac is dog effing slow
right now. Not that it's ever been as fast as even a G3 running Panther,
but still...
