Wow you mean computers are going to keep getting faster? So I assume
that no other computer retailer is going to release faster computers
and their just going to wait for Intel to decide to stop making faster
chips.

Microsoft pulls Vista SP1 update

By Tom Espiner
Special to CNET News.com
Published: February 20, 2008, 11:09 AM PST

Microsoft has stopped automatically distributing a prerequisite piece of
software for Vista Service Pack 1, following some customer complaints
that it had caused system problems.

Servicing stack update KB937287, released last week, contained updates
to Windows Vista installation software, and was billed as being
"necessary to successfully install and to remove Windows Vista SP1
(Service Pack 1) on all versions of Windows Vista."

Microsoft stopped distributing the update on Wednesday, according to a
blog post by Microsoft product manager Nick White.

You don't hear this from Windows users because they have no reliable
backup from Microsoft.
MS Backup will occasionally refuse to recognize older backups made on
same computer.
There are numerous reasons why including version changes made during
updates and service packs.

You really don't get it, but that's okay.
Vista was obsolete before it was released but look how it kicked up XP
sales.

Obviously they don't put up with them, or there wouldn't be any
complaints would there? And then you wouldn't hear about them.
