Who cares? I did not like CompUSA. They rarely beep! replaced the
batteries in their smoke detectors, beep! so walking around was like
being in beep! an electronic aviary. It was highly beep! annoying. The
things on the shelves were difficult to get accurate prices for because
they rarely matches the tags that had the prices. And what prices they
did have were typically higher for stuff I wanted than I could find on
eBay. The only things I bought from CompUSA were blank CD-ROMs and the
occasional networ... no, I bought those from Central Computer over near
the Moscone Center. They had better prices.

Alan Baker, My Creepy Internet Stalker!

Author: MuahMan

Yikes. He's spent the last 48 hours researching me.

They should make internet stalking illegal, I think Alan Baker has had
practice researching the little kiddies he likes to molest.

Anyone thinking of hiring this internet stalker Alan Baker from Vancouver,
BC should certainly give him a psych eval. As according to this website
people that

stalk others on the internet more times than not leads to pedophilia. Alan
Baker is obviously bordering on or has become a child predator.

http://www.canadafreepress.com/2007/internet-security090507.htm

Yikes. If something happens to me please make sure the local, and Canadian
police no that I was being stalked online by Alan Baker, A Macintosh bench
tech from Vancouver, BC.

Please post this every newsgroup so your children know to avoid him and thus
remove themselves from danger.

Did the shut down of major Apple reseller CompUSA come first or did
Apple's deal with Best Buy to sell Macs there come first?

Yes, I pretty much thought this was the case. What I'll probably end
up doing is Giving him my iMac in a month or two (after I upgrade to a
20", or hopefully 24" iMac for Greater Screen real estate - I'd love to
be able to use my Vectorworks on a Larger Screen). I can always sell
the Dell XPS system on eBay or what not. Incidentally, I was busy
earlier re-installing the Dell's OS because of System wide crash. It
seems to happen quite frequently, and at a wrong moment in time. I
really guess that's why he wishes for the Mac platform, I know it's one
of the major reasons I switched. Anyway, I Thank all that replied.

There's an election today. If you live in the Potomac area,
go vote.

Now that CBS let the news out early I am released from my NDA: the new Mac
that is about to be released is a one-piece machine with a lot of
peripherals you can get for it that will not look like clutter (as some
criticize the iMac and mini for). It is to be called the PotoMac and here
is a picture of my test unit:
