Hi,

It was locked in the vaults at Xtreme-Gamer for several months but this
Jim Cobb review finally managed to get out alive :

http://www.xtreme-gamer.com/index.php?option=com_articles&id=8&aid=126

I haven't had time to read it yet, but surely it must contain a
surprise or two :)

Greetz,

Let me spoil the surprise for the ng: score is 86%%.

The "review" is basically a description of the various game elements,
subject and system, with one sentence describing if it is actually any
good: "Whether playing solo, LAN, hot seat or Internet, the canny
strategic AI and cannier human opponents guarantee a good game."

No idea what makes the AI 'canny'; or whether it is only the quality of
the opponents which 'guarantee a good game'. Might as well have been a
preview.

The article *did* remind me that as owner of the Battlefront version I
can upgrade for free to the updated and licence-check free Matrix
version.
Up to 31 dec 2006, that is.
Crap, crap, crap! Anyone tried to upgrade after 31dec?

They're usually pretty flexible with deadlines like that, so you could
try asking for an extention at the techsupport forum
