Anyone know of a decent strategy guide? I've read that the book form is
worthless.

Thanks

Heh :)

Hope that you found the tips there. This forum have helped me very much with
my ongoing Moors campaign that I enjoy very much. I play it on VH/VH so it
is challenging. But right now big plague have passed - I have whole France,
Sicily, North Africa up to (including) Tripoli. Mongols have really big
empire, that would be a fight :)
And when Timoors arrive it would be even more.

First campaign that I played was Turks on normal, big fun as well and I had
to battle Mongols and Timoors by myself...

Can't wair for expanison. MTW 2 is one of best games ever made.
In fact best Aussie game ever - but on the second spot (first is of course
Warlords 1-3) :)

What do you mean "best Aussie game ever"? Creative Assembly is British.

Yup. You are right CA is British but they have two studios, one in UK, one
Down Under.

And that Aussie studio did in fact made whole MTW 2. So technically it is
British game hehe but made in one of the Comonwealth countries - Australia.

Well ... that would explain why koala bears keep attacking my
diplomats. :P

Good job on M2TW down under!

- Sheldon, waiting for Shogun 2 - Total War :D

Ah, didn't know that. Didn't buy MTW2 as I already have MTW and am waiting
for the Napoleon TW. I guess the studio in England has been working on the
Napoleon one all along while the studio in AUS did the MTW sequel.

Saw some pics in a forum (maybe this one). The ships of the line look
amazing! It will probably be okay ... but 18th century warfare doesn't
really interest me (maybe pirating in the Caribbean).

I'm probably in the minority but I was really hoping to see a Shogun 2
TW. Medieval Japan DOES interest me and I never got the opportunity to
play the original S-TW. :(
