http://members.chello.nl/taf.offenga/osroms.txt
probably has the most extensive info on OS versions, the site used to
offer the files but no longer does.

http://vjetnam.hopto.org/
has the above file zipped within at least one OS file offerings.

Merry Christmas,

Out of curiosity, or to have them work in an emulator?
> Also, does anyone have any technical info regarding the built-in
> memory test with the XL and XE machines, regarding the on-screen
> "blocks" shown and what chip location each refers to?

Each block is 1K of memory. However, this test is partially bogus. The
test doesn't really test any memory "under" the self-test area, and it
neither tests the display area and the first 1K block. Instead, it just
waits for a while and then highlights the block. The remaining memory is
"sort-of" tested (not very elaborate, though, for a real test you should
write into the memory completely, then read the data back. For example,
if two address lines have a short, this "test" wouldn't be able to
detect it.)

So long,
Thomas
