f2s did get round to acknowleging there was a problem at 10 a.m. and claim
to have fixed it at 11.58 a.m.
email is now trickling through but slower than it is going into our mail
boxes! So the back log is currently going up:-(
If you are awaiting a reply from us please be patient, we are trying to
avoid having to use webmail as that is a pain: we will not easily be able to
have copies of our replies, know easily which we have answered etc.
