Job Description:
Will serve as a member of the load/performance automated testing team. The effort involves the use of the latest developments in information technology to improve pay and personnel administrative support. Define and implement automated and manual performance/load test strategy both in the QA and Production environments. Define and implement automated test strategy using industry standard tools. Performance test profiling, creating scripts and executing, analyzing and reporting the performance test run statistics to development and business users for review. Assist application development teams in discovering, isolating, and resolving performance bottlenecks using Mercury LoadRunner. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
