Qualifications: Rate Engineering is seeking a highly motivated professional
to join their team as an Analyst. The successful candidate must have a
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering,
Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or Finance. Must have 2
years experience performing detailed analytical and technical studies. Must
have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel and SAS.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication, decision making and
interpersonal skills.
Experience with statistics and sampling methodologies preferred. Experience
in utility or electricity/gas analysis a plus.
