Hello, anyone wants to try my program.
It generates on every run 8 rows of six numbers.
So, you play almost all the numbers, (except one - never mind ;-)) )
It is difficult to play all the numbers only with the pen, difficult to find
what numbers you didn't play. So this program makes easy to do it.
I have more programs to upload in the future, stay tuned.
Good luck
Argi

Hi,
I am trying to do outbound URL filtering using LSP, basically I
checked outbound HTTP request from WSPSend and if I find the URL that
needs to be blocked, then I call WSPCloseSocket and return the error
code from that call, that works fine with Firefox, but for IE, it
always displays "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage", which
is not I want, I want IE still displays previous page.
Anything I should change, such as return different error code, set
lpErrno to specific Winsock error code? TIA.
-Andy

Pedophile Warning
The Vincentian Fathers who run Stanislaus Collage are dangerous pedophiles.
In the last 4 decades they have raped thousands of children.
Each night the Vincentian Fathers would take a small group of boys to their bedrooms and chant them off to sleep in the name of prayer.
Once the children were asleep the Vincentian Fathers raped them and made them rape each other.

Hi all,
I am aware of the following 2 articles about Vista and LSP:
http://blogs.msdn.com/wndp/archive/2006/02/09/529031.aspx
and
http://blogs.msdn.com/wndp/archive/2006/10/05/Debugging-Winsock-LSPs.aspx
Questions:
1) Is there a tool with which one could detect the flags of an LSP? I
mean I install an app that installs an LSP and then I want to see the
flags for that LSP. Is there already a tool, like sporder.exe, that
gives that info?
2) Also, is there a tool that shows me a specific application which LSPs
is loading? I know I could find that out by creating a tool which calls
the WSCGetApplicationCategory and then I could follow the theory of
"Determining Which LSPs Get Loaded" to find out, but maybe there is
already a tool (provided by MS), like sporder.exe, that is doing that?
Thx,
Viv

Hi,
I have implemented a select-recv loop for a server. My
problem is recv is always failing with reading of 0 bytes. The select
returns success and after reading the data the loop is going to select
then again it returns success and recv reads 0 byte. Please advice me
on this issue.

Hi Pete,
I did what you suggested and removed the whole WSAResetEvent call, it
made no noticable difference.
I then went and removed the whole WSAWaitForMultipleEvents as well so
that effectively I am no polling (in the worker thread) for network
events at about 20 times a seconds, thus with a Sleep(50) in a loop
polling the events. That also made no difference.
I am now investigating the network health with all kinds of software
to may determine wether it could be collissions and retransmittals and
other weird events that could possibly cause it.
Incidently the software runs locally on my pc (during my developement
and initial testing), but the lan I am connected to is a country wide
VPN running on ADSL. Maybe the routing or something gets screwed once
in a while and the connection attempt goes "out" onto the network,
before being handled locally anyway.
Cheers
