Make Money Online

This has been asked on a few different posts, but I hope I can add a
different spin to the question.

I need to hide a row in CListCtrl rather than delete/insert a row. I
realize hiding a row isn't supported, but has anybody successfully
simulated a hidden row, such as setting the height of a row to zero?

I hope somebody can help me here. How can I access the component gallery in
Visual Studio 2005? I want to add the standard splash screen to an MFC
application I've written (together with a few other components).

Can anybody help?
