He actually started on November 5, 1999 (the date of the Findings of
Fact document he references above), and hasn't been sober since.

According to the Ubuntu and Fedora forums Linux has gotten unstable with
freezing seeming to be the top problem.

They add eye candy and all of a sudden the basic Linux core system goes
into the shitter.
