I would but Debian and Ubuntu don't cite any F# software, of course. I've no
idea how to get accurate statistics on the usage of F# programs...

I stripped out everything related to the languages themselves to leave only
end-user applications that would be of a wider interest. Popularity of dev
tools is listed elsewhere:
