PLEASE.... If any one in this group can actually speak to Ike... tell him that waving your hands - to indicate incomplete - after every single pass play, makes you look like an idiot. If you see something, anything, which might indicate to you that the pass is in question, then by all means do what you can to get the ref to stop and think... but when you do it every play, the refs will ...
